01 Conditions of entry
  1. Entry is free.
  2. Entries are open to businesses based within the Gisborne region.
  3. Entries must be submitted by 5:00pm on 20 September 2026.
  4. Approved entry details may be used in finalist announcements and awards communications.
  5. Emerging Business entrants must have been trading for one to four years.
02 Conditions of judging
  1. Judges will be selected for skills relevant to the categories they assess.
  2. Conflicts of interest must be declared and will be managed.
  3. Entries will be judged against the published category criteria.
  4. Finalist selection may include re-categorisation to ensure best fit.
